
Fitness has always been an important part of Jamie's life as a competitive
tennis player, swimmer and life long gym devotee. After years of
lifting weights Jamie found that pilates could change her body unlike
anything she could do at the gym. She gained a new type of strength
and loved the results she saw in the mirror. Jamie loves to bring
a sense of humor to her class while making sure each and every person
gets a workout that challenges their individual abilities. She believes
that pilates can be physically demanding and fun at the same time.
