Heather Dorak has an extensive background in dance. After a series of injuries, it was physical therapy that led her to Pilates. After finding Systeme Dynamique in Los Angeles, Heather was so inspired by the amazing workout and how it had progressed her recovery, she decided to become certified to train Systeme Dynamique. It was not long after that Heather decided she had to open her own Systeme Dynamique affiliate. Heather is the proud owner of Pilates Plus Hollywood and Pilates Plus Brentwood.
