EMMA FORSYTHE

Emma Forsyth trained with Sebastien LaGree in LA in 2006 to become certified as a Systeme DynamiqueTM instructor. Emma opened her studio Pilates Plus Dublin in Dublin, Ireland in April 2007, it was the first Pilates Plus studio in Europe. A Social Science graduate from Uuniversity College Dublin. Emma went travelling around the world after University, living for a year in Australia and spending time in Asia and America also. Prior to opening up the Pilates Plus Dublin studio Emma worked in sports media as a television presenter on both motorsport and soccer programmes. She also worked as a radio and print journalist.

Emma has always had an interest in sports and health & fitness. Emma has always been involved in sports including cross country running at both team and county levels also swimming for her school team and participated in regional finals. Recently Emma has become very interested in Reiki and Total Body Modification and hopes to train as a Reiki practitioner in the near future.
